I believe in slowness, that rest is an integral part of collective liberation, and that the deep healing and care that massage therapy can provide should be accessible to those that need it most. 

Take Care Holistic Massage + Bodywork offers therapeutic, accessible and intentional care in Miami, on occupied Miccosukee and Seminole land. I hope to facilitate rest through the peaceful practice of intuitive and integrative massage therapy. I am grounded in the belief that everyone (regardless of gender, class, presentation, body modification, weight, culture, ethnicity, employment, occupation, ability, illness, age, or spiritual/religious background) deserves access to healing that is affirming, collaborative, and uplifting.

Nat is a queer artist, bodyworker and a licensed massage therapist through the Florida Board of MassageTherapy.They began their massage therapy education at Educating Hands School of Massage and have certifications in integrative Manual Lymphatic Drainage, myofascial therapies, integrative cupping and trigger point therapy. They are a student of herbalism, breathwork and, energetic anatomy. Nat values curiosity and compassion and is committed to holistic care work as a life-long learning practice. As a queer multidisciplinary visual artist, they blend their bodywork practice with their artistic practice which is focused on movement, self/collaborative care, and connection - with the land and our bodies.
